Overview

We are a Los Angeles based firm that started in 2012

With nothing but a phone and two computers, we launched Quantum after our previous employer failed to adapt to the new insurance environment. We hustled, and growing organically by word of mouth only, turned Quantum into an award-winning, top-producing firm. It’s easy when your focus is really just helping companies save money, build a sustainable benefits design, and take care of their employees.

Our very nature is rooted in helping understand and utilize the best plans available for our clients. We launched Quantum after the Affordable Care Act was passed. We saw traditional brokers not realize a sea-change was underway. Gone were the old, high-pressure, put clients on the most expensive plans approach. The ACA was complex and confusing. We became consultants, dedicated to helping clients understand and thrive in the new reality. It’s no coincidence our name harkens to a scientific approach – we use pure data to review your benefits situation and maximize your budget and time! We love helping companies thrive!
